Our VCM spring is manufactured by chemical etching process. It has high precision, stress-free, burr-free, and no heat effect. Deformation is unlikely to occur due to the etching process. Additionally, the edges of etching do not collapse easily. The benefits of etching cannot be achieved by other processing methods.

Function and Usage: VCM is the abbreviation for Voice Coil Motor. When used on cellphone camera, VCM functions as an automatic focusing mechanism. The key component of VCM is the spring.
